Product Development Services

We are happy to assist brands, designers or other businesses through the process of developing their product or collection. We develop the project from sketches, measurements, existing garment or technical drawings.

Pattern Making

Pattern Making is the primary preparation for beginning a cut-and-sew garment. We will have various discussions as needed to ensure our visions are aligned with the designer and the original sketches are translated to pattern just as intended. Our pattern making service is used for various clothing apparel, including women’s, men’s and children’s apparel.

Fittings and Pattern Adjustments

After we develop the first pattern, we make a sample in muslin or actual fabric and see how it fits and check the design. After fitting, we do pattern adjustments based on our customer’s feedback, and then another sample. It might take a few rounds of samples, until the prototype is approved.

Grading

When the prototype is approved, we create the Pre-Production Sample, grade the pattern and Pre-Production samples in different sizes.

The product now is ready for production.

Production

Our Minimum Production Order is 20 pieces per style, but it also depends on the design.

We are here to assist you. We have highly skilled sewing team that will create your product with proficiency.

If you did product development with us and would like to do production with another company, the transition will be smooth and we will assist you as long as you need our guidance.
